Then we dive deep with a 1-2hour phone call into your vision, mission, and organization - where you are, where you've been, and where you want to go - then we will build out a schedule per identified scope. A defined schedule with duration, milestones, and resources is critical in the successful execution of organization goals.

We start with a 30 min consultation call to see what your needs are and capture high level scope. Then the team will follow up with an invoice. We then dive deep with a 1-2hour phone call into your vision, mission, and organization - where you are, where you've been, and where you want to go - then we will design and develop your strategy and organization path forward. This is critical data to support organization impact, proposals and strategy plans. Includes organization key findings and recommendations.
